Does a cancellation policy apply?
If you are unable to take your holiday, we will only charge for the time spent in making and cancelling any arrangements. In the event that we have incurred any additional expenses; e.g. catering, these will be charged to you at cost.

Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are no hidden costs. Items such as telephone calls or travel within a 50 mile radius of our office are included in our charge. The single exception to this would be charges incurred, on your instructions, such as arranging for couriers or making international telephone calls.

When are you available?
We are available from the time you agree to use our services right throughout the duration of your stay. We do not operate on a 9 to 5 basis and therefore we are available at all reasonable hours as well as weekends.

What areas do you cover?
At present, we cover the Central Highlands, between Perth and Inverness. However, in time, we expect to be able to expand the area in which we operate.

Can you organise everything?
We always endeavour to fulfil all our clients’ requests. If it is not possible to arrange an activity or to make a last minute reservation at a restaurant, we will always aim to provide an alternative.
